1. Dehydration
The base silicone oil and fillers undergo heat-induced dehydration under vacuum conditions to ensure the finished product remains free of air bubbles.
2. Powerful mixing
Triple shaft mixer (or double planetary mixer) is utilized to ensure that additives and the base polymer achieve complete homogeneity within a short timeframe.
3. Precision grinding (optional)
For products requiring high transparency, a three-roll mill is employed to eliminate minute particles.
4. Vacuum degassing & filling
Hard-tube or sausage-packaging filling machines are used to ensure the material is packaged with zero contact with ambient air.
