Granular Hot Melt Glue Production Line Process
1. Melting and Mixing
The raw materials are heated to a molten state and fully mixed in a Sigma mixer to ensure that the components are evenly fused. At this time, the temperature in the reactor needs to be precisely controlled according to the melting point of the raw material.
2. Extrusion Molding
The evenly mixed hot melt glue is extruded from the screw and extruded into continuous glue strips or glue threads through the die.
3 . Cooling
The extruded hot melt glue strips are quickly cooled and solidified in the cooling system to ensure the stability and hardness of the particles.
4.Pelletizing
The cooled glue strips are fed into a pelletizer and cut into particles of uniform size by a high-precision tool.
5.Screening and Shorting
The cut hot melt glue particles are screened to remove unqualified particles to ensure the uniformity and consistency of the particles.

Vibrating Screen
Under the vibration of the screen, hot melt glue granules are separated in the screen according to their physical properties such as size, shape, and density. Smaller hot melt glue granules can pass through the pores of the screen and enter the collection container below; larger hot melt glue granules will be blocked by the screen, roll or slide along the surface of the screen, and finally be sent to the unqualified product collection port. The vibrating screen often uses a multi-layer screen structure. The aperture of each layer of the screen gradually becomes smaller, and the hot melt glue granules are separated layer by layer according to size. The upper layer of the screen is used to screen larger granules, and the middle and lower layers are used to further screen smaller granules. This multi-layer screen design can improve screening accuracy and efficiency.
