1. Reactor

Function: used for heating, dissolving, mixing and degassing of main raw materials (epoxy resin, curing agent, filler, additives, etc.).

Features:

• Equipped with jacket heating (electric heating or thermal oil)
• Vacuum function can remove bubbles and improve the purity of colloid
• Optional stirring forms: anchor type, frame type, scraping edge stirring, etc.

2. Double planetary mixer

Functions: Suitable for later homogenization and vacuum degassing of high viscosity epoxy adhesive (such as structural adhesives, crystal adhesive, etc.).

Features:

• Double stirring paddles, sprial track mixing without dead corners
• Vacuum system prevents bubble residue

3. Storage tank

Function: store the mixed colloid, stabilize and keep warm, used for transition or buffer before filling.

Features:

• With heating and heat preservation function
• Can be connected to the filling machine for automatic feeding

4. Vacuum pump system

Function: use with a stirring kettle or mixer to perform vacuum degassing, eliminate bubbles, and improve colloid quality.

Applicable stage: Can be used in both mixing and storage stages.
