Solid glue is an environmentally friendly adhesive made primarily from polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), supplemented with rosin, tackifying resins, fillers adn preservatives. It is dissolved by heating, mixed, and then cooled to form. It typically comes in the form of glue sticks and appears as a translucent or white solid.

Reactor is used to heat, dissolve, react and mix the raw materials for solid glue (such as PVA, rosin, tackifying resin, fillers, additives, etc.) under specific temperature and stirring conditions, ultimately producing a uniform glue solution. This solution is then cooled and formed into solid glue sticks.

Reactor for producing solid glue stick not only serves as a heating and dissolving device but also as a core device for reaction and mixing, directly impacting the solid glue stick's quality (transparency, viscosity, and bond strength). Established in 2006, JCT's engineers have over 20 years of experience in reactor manufacturing. We can provide complete solid glue stick production line turnkey projects.
1. Steady growth in demand in the education industry
Solid glue sticks are used in large quantities for school stationery and children's crafts.
The global expansion of educational resources (particularly in Southeast Asia, South America and Africa) is driving glue stick consumption.
2. Indispensable demand for office supplies
Demand for office documents, labels, and adhesive seals is stable.
With the increasing use of solid glue sticks in small and medium-sized enterprises and individual offices, solid glue stick consumption remains stable.
3. Replacing liquid and solvent-based glue
Solid glue sticks are environmentally friendly and non-toxic, gradually replacing solvent-based glue.
Market demand continues to grow in countries with strict environmental regulations.
