Reactor
Application:
Suitable for liquid adhesives, resins, emulsions and other systems, such as:
- PVAc white latex, PVA glue
- acrylic resin, epoxy resin, phenolic resin
- water-based pressure sensitive adhesive (BOPP), nail free glue
Main function:
- Heating, cooling and heat preservation for reactions.
- Material mixing, dispersion and polymerization.
- Can be equipped with condensation reflux, vacuum dehydration, and automatic metering systems.
Advantages:
- Precise temperature control, suitable for reactive adhesives.
- High degree of automation, enabling continuous production.
Limitations:
- Not suitable for high-viscosity, paste-like or high-solids colloidal materials.

Sigma Mixer
Applications:
Suitable for producing high-viscosity, high-solids, paste- or block-like hot melt glue, such as:
- hot melt glue
- butyl glue
- rubber-based adhesives, silicone rubber
Working principle:
Double ∑-shaped blades vigorously knead and shear the materials within a closed chamber, achieving a uniform blend of solids and liquids.
Advantages:
- Strong mixing power for high-viscosity materials.
- Optional vacuum, heating and cooling systems.
- Flexible discharge methods (hydraulic dump, screw discharge, etc.)
Limitations:
- Not suitable for low-viscosity or free-flowing materials.
- Mixing uniformity is affected by material flowability.

Triple Shaft Mixer
Applications:
Suitable for medium-to-high viscosity liquid adhesives and filler systems, such as:
- epoxy adhesive, silicone sealant
- acrylic adhesive, electronic potting compounds
- highly filler sealant, thermally conductive adhesive
Structural features:
- "山"-shaped blade provide low-speed mixing and circulation.
- Dispersing discs and butterfly blades for shearing and dispersing fillers.
- Optional vacuum system for deaeration.
Advantages:
- Combines shearing, stirring and dispersing functions.
- Suitable for the production of colloids with large viscosity variations.
- Uniform mixing and fine dispersion.
Limitations:
- Complex structure and slightly higher maintenance costs.
- Not as effective as sigma mixer for extrumely high viscosity materials (>1,000,000cps).

Double Planetary Mixer
Applications:
Widely used in the production of high-viscosity, medium-to-high-solids adhesive and sealant, such as:
- silicone sealant
- PU glue, MS glue, photovoltaic adhesive
- viscous slurry
Working principle:
Double planetary blades orbit and rotate synchronously, ensuring seamless material circulation within the cylinder. Can be equipped with dispersing disc.
Advantages:
- Highly uniform mixing, zero dead zones.
- Capable of handling extremely high-viscosity materials (>2.000.000cps).
- Optional vacuum, heating and cooling systems.
- High degree of automation, easy cleaning and maintenance.
Limitations:
- Higher cost.
- May over-mix low-viscosity colloids.

If you're producing liquid reactive adhesives (such as PVA or acrylic), choose reactor.
If you're producing high-viscosity hot melt adhesives or sealants, choose sigma mixer or double planetary mixer.
If you're looking for both dispersing and mixing, choose triple shaft mixer.
