Chewing Gum Base Sigma Mixer Working Principle

Chewing gum base sigma mixer uses a ∑-type agitator, operating at low speed and high torque within a sealed kneading chamber.

Under the heating system, the gum base raw material gradually softens and plasticizes. Through continuous shearing, extrusion, and tumbling, the multi-component materials are thoroughly mixed and their structure homogenized.
