What is super glue?
Super glue, also known as 502 glue, is an α-cyanoacrylate instant glue that can quickly polymerize and cure when exposed to trace amounts of water at room temperature. It has the characteristics of super strong adhesion, fast curing, and wide application.

Technical Features of Super Glue Production Line
- Highly sensitive reaction system: A fully enclosed system is required to prevent water vapor from entering.
- Low temperature polymerization environment: The equipment needs to be precisely temperature controlled to prevent explosion.
- Inert gas protection: Reactor needs to maintain a positive nitrogen pressure to prevent oxidation or premature polymerization.
- Can be connected to the filling line: Supports the whole line solution from raw material synthesis to finished product filling.
Precautions for Super Glue Production Line
- Extremely sensitive formula: The moisture content must be controlled below 50ppm, otherwise it is very easy to explode.
- Equipment needs inert protection: The preparation and filling equipment must maintain a nitrogen environment to avoid the influenxe of moisture in the air.
- Strong corrosive odor: The operating environment must be well ventilated and equipped with an organic gas adsorption device.
- Reactor material recommendation: Glass lining / SS316 to prevent metal ion catalytic polymerization.
- The filling process needs to be quickly sealed, using a dropper-type filling head or a needle-nozzle filling system.
