The entire silicone waterproof sealant line employs a high-vacuum sealed design (vacuum levels reaching -0.098 MPa) to completely eliminate micro-bubbles from the material during mixing and transfer, ensuring the finished compound is free of voids, breaks, or blowholes during extrusion.

Precision metering and fully automated batching

Supports fully enclosed automatic weighing and pipeline transfer of liquid and powder raw materials, significantly reducing dust and errors associated with manual feeding while enhancing batch consistency and production safety.
