1. Agitator

Adopts Z-shaped or ∑-shaped blades for powerful shearing and kneading.

2. Mixing chamber

Double U-shaped mixing chamber design, typically constructed of stainless steel for wear and corrosion resistance.

3. Heating/Cooling system

Supports steam, electric, and thermal oil heating, as well as cooling for easy temperature control.

4. Vacuum system

Equipped with vacuum pumping to remove air bubbles from the silicone rubber, improving its compactness and electrical insulation.

5. Drive system

Driven by a motor and reducer, it provides strong torque, suitable for high-viscosity silicone rubber.
