Visit Customer's Neoprene Glue Factory

JCT Machinery provides a neoprene glue production line turnkey project. Recently, we visited a customer’s factory who bought the equipment from us years ago.

Production Process of Neoprene Glue
1. All kinds of raw materials are prepared according to the technical formula.
2. The solvent, resin, and metal oxide are added to the reactor for about 2 hours mixing.
3. According to the formula requirements to add EAC, different kinds of neoprene rubber, resin, antioxidants, etc.
4. The mixture is homogeneous and completely dissolved.
5. Sampling inspection, qualified after packing.

How to Control the Product Quality of Neoprene Glue Production Line?
1. Raw Material Control

Select qualified neoprene rubber and additives to ensure the stable quality of raw materials.

2 . Reaction Process Monitoring

Ensure the stability of the reaction process through precise control of parameters such as temperature, pressure, reaction time, etc., to avoid over-reaction or under-reaction.

 3.Mixing Uniformity

Use a dispersing kettle to ensure that all raw materials are fully mixed to avoid unevenness.

4. Finished Product Testing

After the product is formed, the physical and chemical properties (such as viscosity, tensile strength, hardness, etc.) are tested to ensure that the product meets the quality standards.
